Injectables Production Team Lead

Your role as a Cartridge Manufacturing Supervisor will involve overseeing manufacturing and filling operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets. You will be responsible for leading and managing the production team, ensuring adherence to SOPs and daily production plans, monitoring equipment, troubleshooting issues, conducting quality checks, and maintaining documentation. It will also be your duty to enforce safety and GMP compliance, drive process improvements, and enhance efficiency. Qualifications required for this role include a B.Sc / M.Sc. / Masters degree in a related field, along with at least 10+ years of experience in Injectables manufacturing insulin products and at least 1+ year in a supervisory role. Additionally, you must have experience in handling Cartridge and pen injection making machines. Key skills for this position include leadership, equipment handling, quality control, and ERP usage.,
