As an Office Assistant / Executive Assistant in Gurugram, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to the Director of the client organization. Your proactive approach and energy will contribute to the success of the business through exceptional administrative support. Your key responsibilities will include efficiently managing the executive's calendar, prioritizing and handling meeting requests, preparing meeting minutes and presentation materials for clients, and maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure smooth coordination. You will also be responsible for coordinating logistics for meetings, organizing relevant information post-client meetings, and handling day-to-day office administration tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication skills, high initiative-taking ability, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, and fresh graduates with the right attitude and aptitude are encouraged to apply.
