The Opportunity: Avantor is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the UK Admin team. It's an intermediate-level position. The associate is responsible for answering routine questions and issues from external or internal customers. Frequently escalates more complex customer complaints or issues to more senior customer service representatives. Accountable to performance metrics such as schedule adherence, productivity standards and quality standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
