• Assist in the execution of IPOs and capital markets transactions,including drafting prospectuses, preparing financial models, and conducting duediligence.
• Support the coordination of various aspects of the transactionprocess, liaising with internal teams, external advisors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and stock exchange guide lines throughout the transaction process.
• Market Research and Analysis
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to support transaction decision-making andclient recommendations.
• Monitor capital markets activities, including IPOs, secondaryofferings, and investor sentiment, to identify opportunities and risks forclients.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings andinsights for internal and external stakeholders
• ClientRelationship Management:
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing supportand assistance throughout the transaction process.
• Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
