Role Overview: As a member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the industrialization process to ensure the product's manufacturability with the required capability and capacity, while meeting QCDRS objectives. You will lead the implementation of all production means and their validation. Additionally, you will drive the modification and optimization processes of the manufacturing chain and participate in analyzing customer complaints and returns.
