As a OneStart Engineer Trainee based in So Jos dos Pinhais-PR, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career as a recent graduate or with a maximum of 2 years of experience in Engineering disciplines such as Materials, Mechanical, Production, Control and Automation, or Mechatronics. Prior work experience is not required; however, advanced proficiency in English is a must. In this role, your primary mission will be to successfully complete the Development Program outlined for Trainees, which involves rotating through different areas and mastering the processes within those defined areas. Your responsibilities as a OneStart Engineer Trainee will include: - Assisting in identifying and organizing requirements and applying relevant usability procedures and principles. - Analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining products, as well as supporting their commercialization. - Building prototypes, products, and systems suitable for testing, setting up and running lab simulations, designing and implementing tests, documenting results, and developing customer presentations. - Providing timely corrective actions on defects and producing analyses, mathematical models, and design conclusions based on them. - Participating in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, and code, contributing to design standards, and supporting design re-use. - Creating and maintaining product documentation, providing support to field and customers through InTouch, and delivering user training as needed. - Assigning, directing, and reviewing the work of technicians, providing guidance to engineers, and mentoring junior engineers with growing seniority. - Continually evaluating engineering approaches and risks, authoring technical reports, papers, articles, patents, and presentations, and sharing expertise via Eureka and special interest groups. - Expanding your informal network throughout the organization, keeping abreast of novel technical concepts and markets, and readily adopting new practices to develop innovative and cost-effective products. - Maintaining familiarity with company technology, organization, and business to contribute effectively to the team.
