Experience: 2-5 years Industry: Software / IT Services / Training Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential customers, explaining our products, arranging demos, and driving sales closures. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and generate leads through online research, social media, and databases. • Make outbound calls to prospective customers. • Pitch products clearly and effectively over phone/email. • Schedule product demos with interested leads. • Coordinate with the technical or sales team for conducting demos. • Follow up regularly with leads and maintain engagement. • Close deals and meet monthly sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
