As a Cutlist Specialist in Interior Design & Modular Production, you will play a crucial role in converting approved designs into optimized, factory-ready cutlists and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Your expertise in interpreting 2D/3D interior drawings and generating precise cutlists for modular furniture such as kitchens and wardrobes will be essential. Using tools like Cabinet Vision, Infurnia, Prolance, and AutoCAD, you will create CNC-compatible data and optimize board layouts. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing material requirement notes (MRNs), hardware lists, and BOMs for production. Collaboration with design and production teams will be a key aspect of your role as you validate sizes, joinery logic, edge banding, and fitting details. Ensuring material optimization, minimizing wastage, and proactively identifying design-production mismatches will be part of your responsibilities. It will be important to maintain version control and documentation accuracy for each project to ensure smooth workflow. To excel in this role, you should have 4-6 years of experience in interior design or modular factory roles. Proficiency in software tools such as Cabinet Vision, Infurnia, Prolance, AutoCAD, and Excel is required. In-depth knowledge of panel materials, modular fittings, hardware, and joinery methods will be beneficial. Your ability to review and troubleshoot technical issues during the design-to-production transition will be crucial. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, and experience in factory coordination would be an advantage.,
