• Prospect, qualify, and engage influencers and content creators through cold outreachphone, email, LinkedIn, social channels—with high outreach volume and conversion expectations. • Maintain detailed CRM records and consistently hit outreach and influencer signing targets. • Identify, pitch, negotiate, and onboard influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and blogs to align with clients’ brand objectives. • Negotiate compensation, deliverables, usage rights, and duration—ensuring clarity and alignment with campaign goals. Campaign Execution & Management • Guide influencers through campaign briefs, timelines, content guidelines, and deliverables; monitor adherence and compliance • Facilitate onboarding and ensure smooth transfer into campaign management cycles. Collaboration & Market Insight • Work cross-functionally with creative, social media, and paid teams to ensure aligned messaging, content consistency, and campaign amplification.
