The Infrastructure Platform Engineering (IPE) team, part of Infrastructure and Cloud division, is responsible for the engineering and operation of LSEG's Group Engineering's core infrastructure services, including data centres, storage, private cloud, platforms, databases, and middleware. The mission of the team is to modernize and transform the experience of customers and internal ways of working by deploying automation and Platform-as-Product services. This transformation aims to enable increasingly efficient, scalable, and secure infrastructure products that better support business operations and future transformation. As a Senior Product Manager, IT Asset Decommissioning, you will devise a structured and strategic multi-year decommissioning roadmap for the enterprise-wide scope. This involves closely partnering with collaborators across business units, engineering teams, and transformation programs. Your role includes capturing upcoming changes and quantifying emerging demand that will impact infrastructure, enabling more effective multi-year planning. Besides the strategic roadmap, you will oversee the ongoing operations of the decommission pipeline and identify opportunities to accelerate or optimize existing decommissioning initiatives. In alignment with IPE's Transformation objectives and journey towards Platform as Product, you will lead the transformation of decommissioning services towards a product-led operating model. This involves building a product strategy that establishes Decommissioning Services as a true product capability. Through the enhancement of existing automation and the development of new platform capabilities, you will empower customers with self-service consumption while enabling faster and safer decommissions. Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, product management, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential. Additionally, you should possess strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency in essential tools such as Microsoft Tools and planning/tracking tools like Asana or JIRA.
