As a Process Re-Engineering Manager at our Pune location, you will be responsible for delivering value and strategic outcomes through effective project management and change execution. Your primary focus will be on ensuring successful transitions into the organization's goals, processes, and technologies by aligning a sustainable change vision for the delivery function. This involves partnering with Business & Infrastructure areas, understanding business outcomes, articulating requirements, and documenting details on processes, metrics, and data to execute the change mandate. You will monitor dependencies across multiple projects/products, manage and report status, RAID, and financial information to support decision-making. Your role will include removing blockers, ensuring team success, working with end-users for adoption, and developing project/product & change artifacts during the change lifecycle. This may involve creating scope, business case, communication, change management, and training plans, overseeing execution, and providing training/mentoring on methodologies such as change management, agile, process re-engineering, robotics, and project methodologies. The ideal candidate will lead the definition and implementation of the infrastructure strategy for Cash Management Technology in Corporate Bank, requiring close interaction with SMEs in Infrastructure, Application, and business. Establishing governance, transparency on KPIs, and regular mark-to-market on deliveries will be essential aspects of this role. You will work as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team, focusing on innovative software development using the latest technologies and practices to deliver business value. Collaboration, openness, and supporting a collaborative environment will be key aspects of your engineering approach, contributing to all stages of software delivery from analysis to production support.
