The Specialist - Presales position based in Madurai, India requires 0-2.5 years of experience. As a Specialist, your primary responsibilities include adhering to quality standards such as voice and accent, tech monitoring, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Your goal is to ensure a positive customer experience and high CSAT scores by achieving First Call Resolution and minimizing Average Handling Time (AHT) along with rejected resolutions/reopen cases. Maintaining a high login Efficiency (Availability) for customers is crucial in this role. You will be providing level 1 remote desktop support to resolve tickets, address hardware/software/network problems through telephone/email/chat within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) of ticket volume and time. Updating worklogs and following shift/escalation processes to escalate complex problems to appropriate support specialists or route issues to 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff when needed is part of your daily tasks. Additionally, engaging in value-adding activities such as Knowledge base updates and self-development activities is expected. To qualify for this position, a B-Tech degree is required.
