Role : IT Infrastructure Manager Location: Thane Job Type: Full-time Experience : 7 12 years Department: IT Infrastructure Key Responsibilities: Server Administration: Provisioning, configuration, and administration of Windows and Linux servers for performance, reliability, and scalability. Database Deployment & Management: Installation, deployment, and maintenance of MS-SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL databases. Ensuring secure and optimized integration with applications and services. Network & Security: Management of SonicWALL firewalls: configuring rules, maintaining logs, and performing regular health checks. Configuring and monitoring network security and access control mechanisms. Cloud Infrastructure: Expertise in Microsoft Azure: sizing, procurement, provisioning of cloud resources. Integration of cloud infrastructure with on-premise environments and ensuring seamless operations. Routine maintenance and monitoring of cloud services to ensure uptime and cost optimization. Office 365 Administration: Managing Office 365 subscriptions, user provisioning, routing rules, mailbox configurations, and ensuring organizational security compliance. Team Leadership & Support: Leading a team of support engineers to ensure timely resolution of IT incidents Managing 24/7 support operations including scheduling, escalations, and SLA adherence. Systems & End-User Support: Handling basic troubleshooting and repair for laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Managing office security systems (CCTV, access control, biometric systems, etc.). Vendor Coordination: Liaising with third-party vendors for procurement, AMC contracts, service support, and license renewals. IT Asset & Documentation Management: Maintaining updated documentation of infrastructure components, configurations, SOPs, and incident reports. Ensuring up-to-date inventory of hardware/software assets. Required Skills & Competencies: In-depth technical understanding of server and storage environments. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. Excellent team management and interpersonal communication. Attention to detail in documentation and operational practices. Experience working in ITIL-based or structured support environments is a plus. Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates residing in or around Thane for easy on-site availability.
