Infra Managed Specialist

As a Team Lead for the Info Sec Inventory team at CF, your role involves overseeing the identification, onboarding, and tracking of security-relevant assets across the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that all Servers & Network infrastructure across cloud, physical data centers & external endpoints are accurately inventoried, risk-assessed, and aligned with security controls. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Define and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for asset onboarding, decommissioning, tagging, and ownership traceability - Monitor and report on inventory completeness, data quality, and control coverage metrics - Guide and mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and provide training on inventory governance best practices - Support vulnerability management, incident response, and threat modeling by providing accurate, real-time inventory data - Work with security tools (e.g., CMDB, DevOps) to improve automation, asset discovery, and reconciliation **Good to Have Skills:** - Knowledge of Cloud environments - Experience in automation tools for reconciliations **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in any domain - 5+ years in IT & Information Security Operations domain - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, endpoint management, and asset discovery tools - Good problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills CF is a company based in Bangalore and is looking for a Team Lead with 8+ years of experience to join their SIA Operations team.,
