Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth by offering suitable loan solutions. Key Responsibilities * Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits. * Understand client needs and recommend appropriate infrastructure loan products and services. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. * Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients. * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and loan processing. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions * Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Key Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. (preferred but not mandatory). * Proven sales experience in financial services, NBFC, or real estate * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. * Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. (will be a plus)
