Job Description

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Mulesoft Platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability for business operations. Your role will involve implementing and overseeing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce to streamline deployment processes and enhance productivity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Mulesoft solutions with existing systems will be crucial in ensuring seamless data flow. Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing downtime to maintain service quality will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and document best practices for Mulesoft and Salesforce administration to support continuous improvement. Providing technical support and guidance to team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment will also be a key aspect of your role. Regular system audits, security measures implementation, and translating business requirements into technical specifications for infrastructure enhancements will be part of your responsibilities. Coordinating with stakeholders to align infrastructure strategies with organizational goals and objectives, optimizing system configurations for improved efficiency and reduced operational costs, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation will be essential for the success of this role. Facilitating training sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge and preparing detailed reports on system performance and project progress to inform decision-making will also be part of your tasks. To qualify for this position, you should possess strong expertise in Mulesoft Platform Administration, demonstrate proficiency in CI/CD processes for Salesforce, and have a solid understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance to apply domain knowledge to technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities are also essential qualities for this role.
