Job Summary

Exp: 5+ Years experience with ServiceNow Development

As an Infra Dev Specialist you will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions particularly in Customer Service Management and Application Portfolio Management. With a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and drive innovation. Your expertise will contribute to the companys mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to enhance customer service management and application portfolio management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs using ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Optimize existing ServiceNow configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful deployment and integration of ServiceNow applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in planning and strategy sessions to align ServiceNow initiatives with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all ServiceNow implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management and Application Portfolio Management.
