Role Overview: As an Infosec Engineer (M&A) at Cadence, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive cyber security strategies aligned with industry best practices. You will provide leadership in various security domains such as network security, cloud security, vulnerability management, incident response, application security, and IoT security. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the deployment and management of security technologies, collaborating with IT and business units to identify and mitigate security risks, driving the development of cyber security policies and procedures, and staying current with emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Additionally, you will lead a team of cyber security professionals and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive security practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies aligned with industry best practices and frameworks - Provide leadership in network security, cloud security, vulnerability management, incident response, application security, and IoT security - Oversee the deployment and management of various security technologies - Collaborate with IT and business units to identify and mitigate security risks - Drive the development of cyber security policies, standards, and procedures - Stay current with emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities - Manage and analyze security metrics, producing reports for leadership - Lead a team of cyber security professionals - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Communicate effectively with senior management - Advocate for security best practices throughout the organization Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience in design, deploying, and managing Network security, IAM suite of technology solutions/services, PKI services, Data Security solutions, Product/Application security solutions, SOC solutions, and tools - Strong hands-on experience conducting PEN testing, red/purple team exercises, tabletop simulations, IR, and vulnerability management - Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, Apple, AWS, Storage (NetApp and Pure), Azure, and GCP - Experience in implementing and enforcing security services and control across Infrastructure as a Code, Configuration management, DevOps, and other automation capabilities - Proven experience leading a global cybersecurity engineering and operations team Additional Company Details: Cadence is a company that values hiring and developing leaders and innovators who are passionate about making an impact on the world of technology.
