Job Opening: Assistant Accountant Location: Ernakulam Employment Type: Full-time We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to immediate join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, with a primary focus on accounts payables and receivables. Key Responsibilities Process and manage accounts payable: vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations Handle accounts receivable: customer invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist in preparing financial reports and statements Support month-end and year-end closing activities Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/customers to resolve discrepancies Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance preferred (Freshers may also apply) Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in MS Excel and Zoho Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
