This role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. In this team, your responsibility will be to closely monitor customer issues, ensure timely resolution, identify trends, and collaborate with the engineering group to address any gaps. You will work with cross-functional global groups regularly to ensure smooth customer operations. **Duties & Responsibilities:** - Assist the team in accurately diagnosing and quickly resolving issues. - Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams on bugs and enhancements to optimize performance. - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UATs) and new feature deployments to ensure smooth implementation and integration. - Demonstrate a track record of managing and improving processes involving multiple stakeholders such as IT, Infrastructure, and Engineering. - Showcase value by closing high-priority issues within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and reducing time to Root Cause Analysis (RCAs). - Utilize critical incident trends to contribute towards stabilizing the product. **Knowledge, Experience & Skills:** - 7-10 years of experience in a technical support or service management role. - 3-5 years of people management experience. - Proficiency in Linux system administration and Java application troubleshooting. - Experience in scripting languages for automation and efficiencies. - Knowledge of SQL & Informix database management. - Advanced understanding of regular expressions (Regex) for log analysis and troubleshooting. **What do we offer ** - An opportunity to work on the future of the travel industry with a market-leading company focusing on NDC (New Distribution Capability). - An open culture with challenging opportunities to satisfy your intellectual needs. - Flexible working hours in a hybrid remote/office environment. - Excellent, dynamic, and multicultural work environment.
