Information Security Engineer

Role Essentials:

• 2 to 4 years of working in Information Security GRC or relevant Audit, Risk, or Compliance roles.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field.

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, ISO27001 LI/LA.

• Demonstrated completing Information Security assessments for technology companies., 1+ years of experience doing assessment work in an IT Operations environment, i.e., security operations, server/network management, OS, databases.

• Experience with common security and privacy frameworks (i.e. ISO 27001, SOX IT Controls, SOC2 Trust Principles, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, CIS).

• Demonstrated knowledge of cloud environments

• Demonstrated knowledge of assessment methodologies, tools& JIRA knowledge

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience
