Information Security Analyst

Your role will involve developing scalable solutions to address complex health challenges and contribute to molecular diagnostics from ideation to delivery, making a measurable impact on a global scale. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, coordinate, and implement key information security technologies, processes, and projects in collaboration with Information Security, IT, and business teams. - Protect the organization's digital assets by identifying vulnerabilities, detecting threats, and implementing security strategies. - Monitor networks for suspicious activity, perform risk assessments, create incident response plans, and educate staff on security protocols. - Collaborate with parent company stakeholders to implement information security program methodologies effectively. - Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, mitigate cyber-risks, and conduct data protection evaluations. - Support security/IT teams with key projects, continuously seek areas for improvement, and facilitate lessons learned. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in business information systems or equivalent. - 6-10 years of IT security and related experience, preferably in a multinational firm. - Ability to analyze data and security metrics, diagnose and fix security problems, and respond to incidents. - Deep understanding of network protocols, operating systems, firewalls, and security software. - Experience with information security processes, policies, risk assessments, and industry standard implementation methodologies. - Previous experience in decision-making, managing relationships, and working collaboratively in a cross-matrix environment. - Strong communication skills to elaborate issues and risks to partners and senior management.
