As a member of the PACE (Product Adoption Content Experience) team at Juniper, your role will involve developing and delivering customer-centric documentation for Juniper's products in the Automated WAN space. Your contributions play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional content experiences and customer success. Your technical expertise will be utilized to translate complex technologies into easy-to-understand content for our customers. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with a team of writers and editors in Bangalore and Sunnyvale, CA, USA to research, write, and produce high-quality, topic-based documentation for Juniper Networks products and applications. - Create diverse deliverables such as short-format web copy, in-product instructions, tooltips, and user guidance to facilitate an intuitive digital experience for users. - Engage with key stakeholders including UX designers, product managers, content strategists, subject matter experts, and a supportive team of technical writers. - Adhere to established style and process guidelines to ensure consistency and completeness in the deliverables. **Minimum Qualification and Experience:** - BA/BS in Communication, Journalism, English, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years of experience in developing product documentation. - Strong writing, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Background in networking domain with experience in network technologies like routing, switching, network security, automation, and management. - Proficiency in crafting concise text for GUIs and web, along with user-friendly guidance instructions. - Ability to research complex technical concepts independently or collaboratively to meet customer requirements. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to work with incomplete information. - Familiarity with XML authoring tools and Content Management Systems. - Understanding of basic UX design principles. **Preferred Experience:** - Technical certifications in the Networking field. - Experience in producing content for or designing in-app tours.,
