Strategic Responsibilities: - Support the development of the Data Strategy. - Assist the DQ Lead in implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and standards. - Help establish the Data Governance Office as a center of excellence fostering a data-driven culture. - Stay updated on industry and regulatory trends to drive data initiatives. - Advocate for data quality and position data as a strategic asset. Core Responsibilities: - Support reporting on data quality performance and standards. - Develop and maintain data quality rules and profiling tools using Informatica DQ. - Contribute to data catalog artifacts including definitions, lineage, and standards. - Manage organizational reference data. - Provide expertise on systems and processes for enhancing data quality. Additional Accountabilities: - Develop data quality dashboards and monitoring tools. - Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and collaborate with business teams on data quality analysis. This is a full-time role for an IICS, SaaS MDM Developer. As an IICS, SaaS MDM Developer, your main responsibilities will include developing and maintaining Informatica MDM/EDC mappings using IICS & SaaS. You will be tasked with creating cleansing routines for data, as well as creating and maintaining validation rules using Informatica DQ. Additionally, you will be responsible for testing and debugging mappings and providing support for full-life cycle development for Informatica MDM and IICS, SaaS. You should have at least 4 years of experience with Informatica MDM SaaS projects. It is essential to have hands-on experience with CDI, CAI, or CDQ, and experience in at least one migration or modernization project (from traditional MDM to SaaS MDM). A good understanding of MDM Match and Merge concepts, including trust, survivorship, match strategies, and source rankings, is required. Knowledge of REST SaaS APIs, Business/Publish events, DQ rules, Egress/Ingress task flows, and XQuery Scripting is also necessary. Experience in discovery, data profiling, uniqueness, completeness, relationships, data types, testing, and debugging mappings is expected. Personal attributes that will contribute to your success in this role include excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
