Role & responsibilities As a a SQL Developer candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining databases and data-centric solutions using Microsoft SQL Server. This role involves creating optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and other database objects to support business applications and reporting needs. Key Responsibilities 1. Database Design & Development Design and develop logical and physical database structures based on business requirements. Create and maintain tables, indexes, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers. Normalize and denormalize databases as appropriate for performance and integrity. 2. Query Development & Optimization Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data. Optimize queries and database objects for performance, including indexing and execution plans. Troubleshoot and resolve slow-performing queries and long-running transactions. 3. Data Integration & ETL Integrate data from various sources (Excel, flat files, APIs) into SQL Server databases. 4. Data Quality & Integrity Implement data validation, cleansing, and transformation rules. Enforce referential integrity and data constraints. Perform data profiling to identify and correct anomalies. 5. Reporting & Business Intelligence Support reporting needs by developing datasets, views, and stored procedures for use in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports). Create ad hoc and scheduled reports as needed. 6. Database Maintenance & Monitoring Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as backups, index rebuilding, and update statistics. Monitor system health and performance using SQL Server tools (SQL Profiler, Activity Monitor, Extended Events). Set up alerts and automate routine tasks using SQL Server Agent. 7. Security & Compliance Implement and manage user permissions, roles, and security policies. Ensure compliance with data protection standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Audit access and data changes to maintain data integrity and accountability. 8. Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements. Document database designs, schemas, and processes. Provide support for application development teams on database-related issues.

Role & responsibilities As a .NET Full Stack Developer candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications using Microsoft technologies like .NET Core/Framework, C#, and related front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Blazor. 1. Application Development Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using ASP.NET (Core or Framework) and C#. Develop responsive front-end interfaces using JavaScript frameworks (e.g., HTML5, JQUERY, Angular, React, Vue.js) or Razor/Blazor. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications. Develop and consume Web Services (REST, SOAP) for third-party and internal integrations. 2. Database Development (Not mandatory but preferred) Design and manage databases using Microsoft SQL Server or other RDBMS platforms. Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions. 3. Architecture & Design Participate in system architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Follow and contribute to best practices in coding, design patterns, and architecture (e.g., MVC, MVVM, Microservices). 4. Testing & Debugging Write unit tests and participate in integration and system testing. Debug and resolve application issues in a timely manner. Work with QA teams to ensure quality and functionality. 5. DevOps & Deployment Use CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to automate builds and deployments. Deploy applications to cloud or on-prem environments (Azure, AWS, IIS). Monitor and maintain applications post-deployment. 6. Agile Collaboration Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. 7. Documentation & Maintenance Maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and processes. Provide support and enhancements for existing applications.
