We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Technical / ION Consultant to be a part of our Enterprise Applications team at Piersoft. Your role will involve utilizing your extensive knowledge in Infor technologies to create, enhance, and manage customized solutions that cater to the operational needs of our organization. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and configuring Infor LN domains, tables, sessions, reports, and extensions to align with business requirements. You will be expected to write and maintain custom code using 3GL, 4GL, DAL2, User Exits, and DLL scripting. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in creating and deploying solutions that leverage Infor OS, Infor Mingle, Infor ION, and associated APIs. Your tasks will also involve configuring and optimizing Infor ION connections, workflows, alerts, and integrations. Collaboration with various teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting complex system issues, and producing technical documentation will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will participate in testing and deployment activities to uphold solution quality standards. To be considered for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Infor LN technical development and configuration is required. Demonstrated expertise in Infor ION and associated integration technologies is essential. Proficiency in 3GL, 4GL, DAL2, User Exits, and DLL scripting is crucial for this role. Moreover, a strong understanding of Infor LN Studio and development tools is necessary, along with practical experience in working with Infor LN versions 10.4, 10.5, and 10.7. Preferred qualifications for this position include experience with Infor OS, Infor Mingle, and API development, knowledge of other Infor products and their integration with LN, experience in migrating between Infor LN versions, exposure to large-scale enterprise environments, excellent communication skills, ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly, and prior project management experience.,
