Job Description

Role Overview: You are a highly skilled Infor M3 Functional Consultant Sales responsible for leading and supporting the implementation, enhancement, and continuous support of the Infor M3 Sales module. Your role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective translation of business requirements into M3 configurations, focusing primarily on Order Management, Pricing, Quotations, and Customer Contracts. As a client-facing consultant, you must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Being comfortable working during US shift hours is crucial for real-time client team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support Infor M3 Sales module implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, aligning them with business processes. - Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, document functional needs, and implement them in M3 configurations. - Manage core Sales & Distribution functionalities such as Order Management, Pricing, Customer Contracts, and Quotations. - Develop and implement data migration and conversion strategies for Sales/Customer-related data. - Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive functional documentation. - Provide post go-live support, including incident management, enhancements, and system optimization. - Collaborate across functions with other consultants and technical teams for seamless integration. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in Infor M3 Sales & Distribution modules - Hands-on understanding of the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process - Proven expertise in Infor M3 implementations and enhancements - Functional knowledge in Order Management, Pricing, and Customer Management - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for daily client interactions - Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and adapt to US shift hours Additional Details: This role emphasizes a client-facing approach that demands a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are vital for successful collaboration with functional and technical stakeholders.
