Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on driving traffic and sales through our e-commerce website. • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms with ROI-focused strategies. • Optimize SEO for website content, product listings, and blogs to boost organic traffic. • Plan and manage email marketing, SMS campaigns, and retargeting funnels. • Analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. • Create and manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure high ROI. • Collaborate with the design/content team to produce conversion-focused campaigns. • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, digital marketing tools, and competitors. Desired Candidate Profile • Proven experience in digital marketing for e-commerce businesses (mandatory). • Strong skills in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and email marketing tools. • Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento platforms (preferred). • Performance-driven mindset with a track record of increasing website sales and traffic. • Ability to design, execute, and measure ROI-focused digital campaigns. • Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
