Role & responsibilities Design and develop highly interactive, responsive dashboards with exceptional UI/UX design in Power BI Build and manage multi-tenant Power BI dashboards with embedded capabilities using centralized semantic models Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and user-based filtering to deliver secure, tenant-specific reporting Write advanced DAX measures and optimize data models for performance and flexibility Connect, clean, and transform raw data from various sources using Power Query (M) , Dataflows , and SQL Conduct root cause analysis and build cause-effect relationships to explain trends or anomalies Apply statistical techniques (e.g., hypothesis testing, ANNOVA, chi Square etc ) to extract insights Conduct risk analysis using structured and real-time operational data Perform NLP/Text Analysis on logs, audit trails, incidents, or feedback using Python or Azure Cognitive Services Integrate AI/ML models into Power BI reports Build and manage Power BI deployment pipelines and ensure scalable version control practices Work with Azure Data Lake (Gen2) , Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse/Direct Lake) , and other large-scale data platforms Use SQL to query, manipulate, and validate data across multiple sources. Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, deliver actionable insights, and influence decisions Preferred candidate profile ' Bachelors or master’s in data science , Statistics, Computer Science , or a related field 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service Expertise in writing advanced DAX , performance tuning, and reusable measures Strong experience in data cleaning, transformation , and ETL processes using Power Query (M) and Dataflows Proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and analysing data from structured sources Proven experience in designing multi-tenant dashboards with centralized semantic models Knowledge of statistical analysis and business analytics principles Experience with Azure Data Lake , Microsoft Fabric , or similar cloud data platforms Familiarity with NLP/Text Analysis using Python Experience with deployment pipelines , and Power BI Embedded integration Excellent communication, data storytelling, and business engagement skills
