Job Title : Python Lead (Mandatory skills Python with Linux and Kubernetes).Location : Bangalore (Work from Office).Experience : 6+ years (Lead level).Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Python developers.
  • Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems using Python.
  • Manage deployments and performance tuning in Linux environments.
  • Work on Kubernetes clusters for application deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and security.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI).
  • Solid experience in Linux administration.
  • Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (K8s) - deployment, scaling, troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
