Utilizing your strong network and persuasive skills, you will pitch our influencer marketing services and convert leads into long-term clients. Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in the marketing industry will be crucial to your success. You will collaborate closely with our in-house team to ensure seamless deal execution and client satisfaction. It is essential to represent our agency with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions. To excel in this position, you should have prior experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or partnerships, preferably within the marketing, media, PR, or influencer space. Your ability to communicate effectively, pitch persuasively, and work independently will set you apart. While prior experience in closing deals is preferred, it is not mandatory. Your compensation will be commission-based, allowing you to earn a fixed percentage for every successful deal you bring in. Additionally, there are bonus incentives for retaining clients and generating recurring business. With no cap on your earnings, your income potential will grow with each deal you close.
