Influencer Marketing Intern

As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you'll help us find, manage, and collaborate with content creators and influencers to grow our brand online. You'll gain hands-on experience working on real campaigns that go live.

• Research and identify relevant beauty & skincare influencers
• Maintain influencer database (contacts, engagement, commercials)
• Reach out to influencers via DM/email
• Assist in negotiating deliverables and timelines
• Track campaign performance (reach, saves, clicks, sales)
• Coordinate product seeding and content posting
• Help with content ideas and influencer briefs
• Maintain reports on collaborations & outcomes

• Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube trends
• Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
• Interest in skincare or beauty is a plus
• Self-driven and street-smart attitude
• Prior influencer outreach experience is a bonus (not mandatory)
