Responsibilities Design and develop efficient and scalable backend systems and APIs based on business requirements. Utilize core Python knowledge and Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask to build robust applications. Ensure code quality through the implementation of comprehensive unit test cases. Adhere to and contribute to the team's branching strategy and participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation. Integrate Python services with various databases, demonstrating strong SQL programming skills and familiarity with ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) tools, with Alembic knowledge being advantageous for database migrations. Leverage cloud knowledge (AWS or Azure) for deploying and managing backend applications. Thoroughly understand business requirements and translate them into well-designed backend system architectures for new features. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team, fostering their technical growth and code quality. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues and performance bottlenecks. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools. Collaborate effectively with frontend developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of backend Skills & Experience : 3-6 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python.
