About the Company: We are a growing finance company offering a wide range of financial products and services including Loans, Insurance, and Mutual Funds. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller to join our customer service and sales support team. Key Responsibilities: Make 50–70 outbound calls per day to potential and existing customers. Call fresh leads to promote financial products such as Loans, Insurance, and Mutual Funds. Contact existing customers regarding premium renewals and payment follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions. Coordinate with the sales and finance teams for smooth customer handling. Send follow-up emails and maintain data records in Excel. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the finance or banking sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in MS Excel and email communication. Target-oriented and capable of managing daily call volumes. Strong convincing and customer relationship management skills.
