Job Description

Requirements

Master’s degree in nursing or related field.
KNMC registration mandatory.
Certification in Infection Control (CIC) highly desirable.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in hospital settings.
Strong knowledge of infection prevention and control standards and guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement infection prevention and control protocols.
Provide education and training to healthcare staff on infection control practices.
Investigate and analyze infection outbreaks and events, providing recommendations for improvement.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to infection control.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of infection control activities and Outcomes.
