We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Consultant Paediatrician with at least 1 year of clinical experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents, while supporting their families through diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of a wide range of paediatric conditions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough examinations of newborns, children, and adolescents to assess and diagnose health conditions. Provide treatment plans, prescribe medications, and recommend therapies in line with best paediatric practices. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate and counsel parents/guardians on child development, nutrition, hygiene, immunization, and disease prevention. Work collaboratively with nursing staff, specialists, and allied health professionals for coordinated patient care. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, reports, and documentation. Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives. Stay updated with the latest medical research and paediatric guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: MBBS with MD/DNB in Paediatrics or Diploma in Child Health (DCH). Valid medical license/registration with the Medical Council. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience post-specialization. Strong clinical knowledge in diagnosing and managing common and complex paediatric cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to handle emergencies and critical care situations confidently. Commitment to continued learning and professional development. Preferred Skills (Optional): Experience in NICU/PICU (if applicable). Exposure to developmental paediatrics or adolescent care. Familiarity with EMR systems and hospital software tools.
