The role involves preparing, reviewing, and processing documents for internal and external communication, compliance, or operational purposes. The ideal candidate will ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and timely submission in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, compile, and manage various documents such as regulatory filings, reports, and internal forms. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of documents with legal, regulatory, and company guidelines. Maintain an organized documentation filing system (physical and/or digital). Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, legal, logistics, etc.) to collect and verify documentation. Track document submission deadlines and ensure timely processing. Handle confidential information with discretion. Respond to document-related queries from internal stakeholders and external partners. Continuously review and update documentation procedures and templates. Support audits by providing requested documentation in a timely and organized manner. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in documentation, administration, or a related role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and document management systems. Good communication skills—verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. Familiarity with industry-specific documentation requirements (preferred but not mandatory). Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in [logistics/export-import/pharmaceutical/IT documentation, etc.]. Knowledge of documentation software or ERP systems. Understanding of ISO or other compliance standards (if applicable).
