We are seeking a User Interface Designer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding and knowledge of the complete UI/UX design process, ranging from design research to prototyping. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role. As a User Interface Designer, you will collaborate closely with the creative director and web & mobile application developers to conceptualize and design applications for both Web and mobile platforms. The preferred candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in UX design. A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of web and mobile applications is required. The candidate should be adept at defining and implementing design guidelines and specifications, in accordance with industry standards. Prior experience in conceptual development, creative prototyping, tactical UI design, and project management is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They should also be proficient in analyzing applications and simplifying designs to enhance usability. Strong negotiation skills are crucial for handling projects of varying complexity levels. Proficiency in visual design, as well as effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, are highly valued. Experience with popular design tools, such as the Adobe suite and Balasmiq, is advantageous for this role.
