We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead business development efforts for our Manufacturing IT Solutions which includes Industry vertical Specific Software Products, Custom software development, MES point solutions, Industry X.0, digital manufacturing based solutions using Cloud, AI, VR, and AR-based solutions catering to Manufacturing companies, Automation OEM, Equipment OEM, Utility OEM industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, developing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to accelerate revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and maintain strong B2B relationships with manufacturing industries, industrial automation companies, and enterprise clients . Generate new business opportunities through self-research, networking, cold calling, and leveraging data-driven leads. Drive end-to-end sales cycles , from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure. Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on achieving revenue targets and financial growth. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies. Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customized solutions to prospective clients. Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure that solutions align with client requirements. Maintain an updated sales pipeline, CRM records, and accurate forecasting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance. Use customer insights and feedback to enhance engagement strategies and refine product offerings . Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales goals with business objectives . Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships. Requirements: 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or industrial automation sales . Strong understanding of manufacturing industry trends, IIoT, MES, digital transformation, AI, VR, and AR solutions . Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and deal negotiation with enterprise clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with strong presentation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and results-driven environment. Strong analytical, forecasting, and sales planning skills. High business acumen, networking intelligence, and relationship-building skills . Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting . A proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated approach to sales.
