What You’ll Do: Manage the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes and conducts initial telephonic interviews. Coordinate interviews with internal teams and hiring managers. Maintain candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles (especially marketing and tech roles). Handle job postings and employer branding across platforms. Ensure timely documentation and smooth onboarding process. Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment dashboards.
