The ideal candidate is not just a media tactician but a brand custodian someone who understands the business behind the brief, drives narratives with intention, and brings a sharp editorial lens to every campaign. With deep experience across beats like fintech, real estate and corporate, youll be responsible for shaping long-term reputation, owning client relationships, and leading high-performing teams that deliver meaningful visibility. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the strategic lead and trusted advisor for key clients translating business goals into communication strategy. Build and nurture relationships with senior clients, ensuring alignment, trust, and thought partnership. Lead a team of PR executives and managers guiding campaign direction, quality control, and delivery. Own storytelling across earned media: from founder positioning to product communication and industry commentary. Monitor business, tech, and category trends to inform timely, sharp PR opportunities. Handle sensitive narratives including crisis response, reputation management, and industry perception. Collaborate on pitches, client expansion, and new business opportunities. What Were Looking For: 8+ years of core PR experience , preferably in a fast-paced agency environment. Deep understanding of and experience across fintech, real estate , corporate, or other high-growth business beats . Strong network of media contacts in business, finance, and startup media. Experience in strategic counsel, narrative building, and long-term brand positioning. Excellent writing, briefing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to tone and context. Proven team leadership, people management, and client ownership. A proactive mindset someone who anticipates, shapes, and leads.
