We are seeking a dynamic SLA 3D printer operator to join our team.

The SLA 3D Printer operator will be responsible for responding to new inquires, providing quotation. Manage operations and maintenance of large production print farms consisting of SLA printer and Resin, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the printing process. Prepare print programs for 3d printing, operate, monitor and maintain 3D printer to ensure smooth and efficient operation. This includes setting up print jobs, loading materials, and performing routine maintenance on over 3D printer & supporting equipments necessary for 3D printer.

Objectives of this role :

• Respond to the incoming inquiries from clients and generate quotations and provide the print schedule to the client on priority.
• Process 3D model print request activities and executes 3D prints. Conducts post process 3D prints and inspect 3D Printed models for quality
• To provide feasibility report of the component.
• Manage the operation of SLA machine which execute project needs based on digital files.
• Ensure Prototype RPT part Quality and Delivery will meet or exceed customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to new / daily incoming inquires. Provide quotations and timelines, technical suggestions as per part requirements.
• Prepare print programs for 3d printing , operate, monitor and maintain 3D printer to ensure smooth and efficient operation. This includes setting up print jobs, loading materials, and performing routine maintenance on over 3D printers.
• Unloading of printed parts, Post processing, part inspections and final part dispatch.
• The 3D Printer operator will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of large production print farms consisting of SLA and Resin printers, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the printing process.
• Supervise the 3D printing of prototypes that reduced material through the use of efficient part orientation and printing techniques.
• Conduct regular quality checks on printed parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to print quality or machine performance. Maintain accurate logs on printer issues and repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on 3D printers, Troubleshoot mechanical or technical issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.

Required skills and Educational qualifications:

• 0-3 years of machine operation experience on industrial grade SLA 3D printer machine. Good Understanding of 3d software’s.
• Certified course in Additive manufacturing technician ( 3D printing )
• NTC/NAC passed in the trade of "Additive Manufacturing Technician (3D Printing)" with zero to three years’ experience in the relevant field.
• B.Voc/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized Engineering College/ university with one-year experience in the relevant field.
• Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from AICTE/ recognized board of technical education or relevant Advanced Diploma (Vocational) from DGT with zero to two years’ experience in the relevant field.
