KRA-

1. Hazard Identification and Risk Management:

• Conducting Risk Assessments:
• Regularly identifying potential hazards in the workplace through inspections, analyzing work processes, and evaluating equipment and environmental factors.
• Developing and Implementing Safety Plans:
• Creating and updating safety policies and procedures to align with regulations and best practices.
• Incident Investigation:
• Thoroughly investigating accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts/conditions to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment):
• Carrying out HIRA to identify hazards and assess risks associated with specific tasks or processes.

2. Safety Compliance and Enforcement:

• Ensuring Compliance with Regulations:
• Keeping up-to-date with safety regulations and ensuring the organization adheres to them.
• Monitoring and Auditing:
• Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas of non-compliance and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Enforcing Safety Rules:
• Ensuring that safety rules are followed by all employees and taking appropriate action when violations occur.

3. Training and Communication:

• Developing and Delivering Training Programs:
• Creating and delivering safety training programs to educate employees on safe work practices.
• Providing Safety Inductions:
• Ensuring that new employees and contractors receive proper safety induction training.
• Promoting a Positive Safety Culture:
• Fostering a culture of safety awareness and encouraging employee participation in safety initiatives.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintaining Safety Records: Keeping accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training programs, and other relevant safety data.
• Preparing Safety Reports: Generating reports for management and regulatory bodies as required.
