Key Responsibilities Include: Fluent in English & Hindi – Written & Verbal Coordinate with Plant Head, Operations Head, and key stakeholders Handle technical data from multiple departments and turn it into actionable insights Prepare daily/monthly MIS reports on fuel usage & production Read technical drawings and machinery specs confidently Maintain the Director’s calendar, meetings & travel Ensure document accuracy and organized filing (digital & physical) Uphold confidentiality and professional communication at all times Bring strong interpersonal, negotiation, and IT skills to the table What We’re Looking For: Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA Experience: 3–12 years (minimum 5 years preferred) Industry Background: Iron, Steel, or Power sector Work Location: Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh (On-site only) Ready to Apply?
