Role Summary: The HR Head will lead the HR function at the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, ensuring a high-performance, compliant, and people-centric workplace. Incumbent need to work very closely with Corporate HR and COEs teams. He/she must be technology oriented and good in people analytics and is able to do predictive and prescriptive analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Strategy & Leadership Align HR strategies with business objectives to enhance productivity and workforce effectiveness. Implement HR policies and initiatives focused on inclusivity, safety, and compliance . Use people analytics to drive workforce planning, performance management, and engagement strategies. 2. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Develop and promote inclusive hiring practices to ensure workforce diversity. Learning & Development Develop training programs that support DEI, leadership, and skill enhancement . Implement personalized learning paths based on skills gap analysis .
