The role involves coordinating project execution, managing procurement of interior materials, and supporting site teams to ensure timely delivery and quality execution. Key Responsibilities: Act as a Project Manager for assigned interior projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with clients, design teams, vendors, and site engineers for smooth project execution. Oversee material procurement , vendor sourcing, price negotiations, and timely delivery of interior materials. Support site execution teams by resolving material and execution-related issues. Prepare and maintain project schedules, track progress, and share periodic updates with management. Review interior drawings and specifications to align procurement and execution plans. Manage documentation related to procurement, billing support, and project reporting.
