Review and approve construction drawings and ensure execution as per design. Quality & Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and conduct inspections. Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed by all personnel on site. Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety audits. Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a single point of contact between the client and site team. Attend project review meetings and prepare progress reports. Ensure alignment with client requirements, specifications, and expectations. Procurement & Vendor Management: Liaise with procurement team for timely supply of materials. Evaluate and finalize subcontractors and suppliers in coordination with commercial teams. Ensure material reconciliation and cost tracking. Billing & Documentation: Verify measurements and approve subcontractor bills. Maintain daily/weekly reports, photographs, and project documentation. Assist in final billing, handing over, and project closure. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering (mandatory) Experience: 10–15 years, with at least 3–5 years as PM for warehouse/industrial projects. Strong knowledge of warehouse-specific construction (pre-engineered buildings, RCC works, flooring, fire systems, etc.) Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
