Conducting market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials is essential. Negotiating and closing sales deals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction will be a crucial task. Providing technical expertise and product recommendations to clients and preparing and presenting sales reports to management are also part of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing within the paint and PVC industry is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must. The ability to work independently and meet sales targets is essential. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is also necessary.
