You will be responsible for supporting the US banks team in assessing credit risk related to Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans and Commercial and Industrial (C&I) loans. Your main tasks will involve researching and analyzing CRE/C&I entities to evaluate their creditworthiness. Candidates with extensive experience in CRE and some experience in C&I are encouraged to apply. For C&I loans, you will need to possess the skills mentioned earlier as well as the ability to spread financials using tools like Sageworks and CreditLens. You will also be required to analyze and calculate qualifying income from various tax documents such as Audit reports, Business Tax Returns, Personal Tax Returns, etc. Knowledge of nCino, Salesforce, RMA reports, Intex, Bloomberg, and other relevant tools will be an added advantage. You should be able to confidently defend your assessments of covered entities when challenged by senior stakeholders and clients and communicate effectively with clients. Additionally, you will assist project managers with ad hoc projects as needed. The minimum educational requirement for this role is a Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or relevant field. However, candidates with an MBA or equivalent qualification will be preferred. A minimum of 3 to 4 years of work experience in Commercial and Industrial loans underwriting is also required for this position.,
