Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of BOSCH power tools across Tamil Nadu by developing and executing strategic sales plans. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities. Lead and support a team of Sales Executives, ensuring alignment with company goals. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly. Report to the office once a week to measure progress, discuss strategies, and collaborate with the management team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally (ERP/Prime) , have strong skills in Excel, MS Word , and be capable of managing a small team effectively. This is a crucial role in a growing company, offering stability, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow with the business. Roles and Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Engagement Attend walk-in customers (dealers and end-users) and understand their product needs. Recommend suitable industrial hardware products such as ESAB, Bosch Tools, JK Fenner, valves, pipes, fitting etc., Upsell/cross-sell based on product compatibility and customer profile. Handle daily sales transactions and manage showroom targets. Coordinate with technical support team and provide product demonstrations or technical clarifications if required. 2. Quotation Preparation & Submission Prepare and share quotations for showroom walk-ins and dealer enquiries wherever necessary. Include correct product codes, pricing, applicable taxes, and terms of sale. Coordinate with HO for bulk pricing or special terms. Follow up on quotations submitted to convert them to orders. Maintain quotation records in digital or manual format. 3. Customer Database Expansion Proactively add new walk-in customers and enquiries into the customer register.
