Qualifications Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master s degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment (mechanical designer background is a plus). Certification in Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) or equivalent process improvement methodologies. Proficiency in industrial engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Creo, or similar. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and statistical tools. Excellent project management skills (Microsoft project planning) with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
